When: Friday, November 16, 2020 (7 to 9 PM, including an intermission)

Where: Wellesley Village Church (United Church of Christ, Congregational)

The ACDC-2 concert will feature three of Boston’s coolest a cappella groups:

BroadBand
BroadBand is a Boston-area group (comprised of 15 women) dedicated to creating a beautiful harmonic blend and an engaging a cappella performance experience for our audiences. We choose arrangements that are snazzy, melodic, unique: we are harmony at a higher bandwidth!!

Similar Jones
Similar Jones is a high-energy vocal band, primarily rock and soul and influenced by elements of blues, funk, and jazz. Our repertoire consists of classic songs from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and today, and includes a growing number of original tunes. The Jones sound is marked by tight harmonies, intricate rhythms, innovative arrangements, and — most importantly — by a rock-solid groove.

The Works
Since 1994, The Works have performed for audiences ranging from a 3,000-person conference at Disney World; to intimate private parties, schools, fundraisers, festivals and corporate functions. A mixed octet (comprised of 4 women and 4 men) and member of the American A Cappella Alliance’s Spring Sing, The Works deliver a fun combo of eclectic repertoire and witty repartee that’s always sure to entertain!
